Описание: Get strong, flexible legs with me in this 15 minute ballet leg stretch routine! These leg stretches for dancers will focus on stretching and strengthening the hips and hamstrings with targeted exercises. This ballet workout is great to add to your weekly training if you struggle with your leg height and turn out in ballet class. Perfect as part of a warm up before ballet class, this ballet stretching routine will mobilise the hips and hamstrings while toning the muscles so you feel flexible and strong to achieve your ballet goals. While the exercises in this leg flexibility workout are designed for ballet dancers they are also perfect for dancers of all styles as well as gymnasts to improve flexibility and mobility at home! Each of these leg stretches and exercises are suitable for all levels and I have included variations of the more challenging exercises for beginners.
