This was post-run, which is an entirely different feeling than a stand-alone workout. Good news is, you can add weight or speed throughout, meeting your own energy-at-the-moment needs.
(I use a squishy pad for half of these exercises)
Exercise list:
1. Curstie Lunge alternating legs
2. Ball Pose ... upright lift ... forward fold ...
3. Overhead press 8lbs both, then alternate with a body turn
4. Curstie Lunge w/ 1-arm reverse fly, balance on foot between reps
5. Straight arm press down - band/cord
6. Single weight side bends
7. Single weight - clasp with both hands, zipper up then lower with straight arms...then reverse it! swing up with straight arms, lower down like a zipper
8. Side-to-Front shoulder raises, 5lbs, then break down into each exercise separately
9. Plank on elbows, single-arm tricep kickback; 8 with a "reset" of hips between reps, then go for 12 kickbacks
10. Russian Twists - squeeze your weights together, do three ways with heels down, toes down, then legs up!
