Raise Your Hand if you're about to practice overhead shoulder exercises!
A dish towel is all you need.
Towel in Hands, pulling for tension:
1. Kneel and pull, pull - add hip flexor stretch
2. Overhead reaches with forward fold
3. Kneel and overhead reach
Chest opener stretch - cup your palms behind you
Arm swings and snow angels - stand up, then laying down
Add a leg raise with crunch - keep swinging arms / snow angel
Lat pull on cords - substitute with bent over row or arm circles
Squat position - cross-body crunch
Give yourself a hug - squeeze chest - add crunch/upper back rounding
Streamline stretch - for a long time.
Side bend with a hold - side body stretch
Lateral lunge with "swinging free" speed skater
Uppercuts!
Loose, alternating arms
Double uppercut and both arms
External rotations - keep elbows tucked in, bring hands apart like a tray hold
Cross-body crunches
Repeat Uppercuts!
Finish in QP - Quadrupedal - Tabletop (all mean the same thing)
Add extensions with hand and leg, then tuck knee to chest
Chest opener finish!
Do some handcuffs - try to stand up with cuffed hands
