Описание: After 8 progressively heavier 5x5 workouts without breaking on any set I decided to do a lighter fun workout attempting some PR’s on dips and chins with 15 lbs. 6.8 KG.. Also I am still not able to hit full ROM ATG squats due to tight hamstrings so I did 3 sets of horse stance holds. My first time seriously trying these. Feeling strong and sensing I could go a lot further. Thanks for your support! Let’s get it!
