These cherry blossom macarons are all a bit different. In this video I will show you three different ways to make them. You can use the same color and make different styles or you can mix various shades of pink.
You will need a five-petal flower template. Also print out a single petal template to make separate petal macaron shells.
To make sharp edges on the petals you can use a half hemisphere tool or a straw or even a toothpick can do the same purpose.
Decorate the petals with edible dust and royal icing.
