Описание: Red meat and fruit honestly went so well for me. Felt satiated on just around 2000 kcal/d where normally I’d be wanting about 3000 kcal/d. The low calories, although has made me leaner, sapped my strength a bit so now I am going to experiment with 1800 kcal/d non weight training days with carbs only from fruits with 2 portions of red meat with LISS and around 3000 kcal/d on weight training days with much higher carbs (400g-450g) and lower fats (60g-80g) with similar protein intake on both days (150g). This should keep me more insulin sensitive and allow for fat loss over time while also gaining back some muscle.
