And the one thing I hear them telling you to do is a ‘secret shopper call’. They want you to pretend to be a new patient, and test your front desk staff to see how they do.
Let me be clear, that’s the WORST thing you could do to them. It’s demeaning, and if they fail, and you meet with them to tell them what you did, you’re going to lose their trust…and if they figure it out while you’re on the phone with them, that’s the beginning of the end.
