Ingredients
• Besan (gram flour)- 4 cups
• Ghee- 1.5-2 cups
• Powdered sugar- 2 cups
• Cardamom powder
• Cashews – chopped
• Almonds – chopped
• Raisins (optional)

Method
• Heat ghee in a heavy-bottom pan on low flame.
• Add besan and roast slowly, stirring continuously.
• Roast until the mixture turns aromatic, slightly golden, and ghee starts releasing.
• Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly (warm, not hot).
• Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
• Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
• Add chopped nuts and raisins and mix again.
• Take small portions and shape into round ladoos.
• Allow them to rest for 10–15 minutes to set.
