Ingredients
• Boiled potatoes – mashed
• Grated cheese
• Salt – as per taste
• Onion powder
• Garlic powder
• Peri peri powder – to taste
• Oregano – ½ tsp
• Red chilli flakes – to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves – finely chopped
For Coating
• Corn flour
• Water (to make slurry)
• Bread crumbs
Other
• Oil – for brushing
• Mayonnaise – for serving

Method
• In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes and grated cheese.
• Add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, peri peri powder, oregano, chilli flakes, and coriander leaves.
• Mix everything well to form a smooth mixture.
• Shape the mixture into round balls.
• Prepare a corn flour slurry using corn flour and water.
• Dip each ball into the slurry, then coat evenly with bread crumbs.
• Preheat the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes.
• Arrange the balls in the air fryer basket and brush lightly with oil.
• Air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
• Cook until golden and crispy.
• Serve hot with mayonnaise.
