3 rounds of shoulders, biceps, triceps, hamstrings and core. 8 to 12 reps with heavier weights and cardio blasts between. I used 30s for shoulders, 25s for biceps, a 30 for triceps and 10s for side raises 25s for deadlifts and gliders.
