Often, I am questioned by clients, ‘Can I still eat my favorite foods?’ and more diabetic slow cooker, diabetic slow cooker recipes, diabetic slow cooker meals often ‘What can a prediabetic eat?’ The most important question I am asked is on reversing prediabetes. Keto Sausage Balls:
1 lb Italian sausage
1 1 /2 cup almond flour
2 cups shredded cheese
½ cup water.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. (line baking sheet with parchment paper)
Cook Italian sausage (into crumbles)
Drain.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cheese, and water.
Stir in sausage.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop mixture to baking sheet
Cook for 15 minutes.
Serve!

Carbs: 3.4
Fiber: 1g
NET CARBS: 2.4g
Pumpkin Dip:
1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup pumpkin (100% pure)
⅓ cup Swerve
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Nutrition Facts:
Serving size - 4 tbsp
Carbs: 6.4 grams
Sugar alcohol: 4.7 grams
NET CARBS: 1.7 grams
Baked Goat Cheese Dip:
8 ounces of goat cheese
½ cup Good Good Jelly (I used blueberry)
Various low carb/keto dipping items (Fat Snax, Ella’s Flats, etc)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a small casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place goat cheese in a dish. Layer on top ½ cup Good Good jelly.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with keto/low carb dipping items.
