Update: In this video I show how I'm making outside corner blocks with a router profile and solving an issue of cutting the blocks. Used 5/4 pine. In order to route the profile safely I created a vertical sled to hold the corner blocks and route them.
Also looking at a horizontal router to use a standard coping sled to improve my results.
