Hi loves! Welcome back to another workout with me :) Today's workout is short, super-efficient, and is great for both beginners and more advanced fitness enthusiasts! With 40 second intervals alternating between a cardio exercise and toning exercise, your heart will be pumping and muscles will be working! I also added a pilates challenge at the end to really burn out those abs, so stick with me for the whole video and I promise you will feel incredible afterward.
