A beginners yoga flow with focus In movie gently with our breath and stretching your side body.
It is an easy 30 minute flow suitable for beginners.
We start with pranayama, move though a soft warm up and then moving though side plank, gate pose and a tree legged down dog before ending with some stretches.
I have incorporated a few Childs poses in this flow. You can always come back to this stretch whenever you need during this flow.
Chapters:
00:00 - Pranayama
05:20 - Gentle spine warm up
14:50 - Gate pose and down dog
25:00 - Stretching
