Описание: If medication fixes your problem then you have a medical problem, not a mental problem. I use the parallel to diabetes a lot in my office. If your blood sugar is too high or too low, that's no good. We want you blood sugar in the middle. Patients with "brittle" diabetes have blood sugar which seems to "bounce" from high to low all the time. Some patients with "brittle brain chemistry" have the same problem. This video discusses this circumstance and how to think about it in the context of depression and anxiety.
