Описание: Hyderabadi Chicken 65 recipe | Non- Veg Starter | Gravy Style:
Ingredients (For Marination):
• Chicken - 500 Grams
• Dahi (Curd) - 2 Table spoon
• Maida (Flour) - 2 Table spoon
• Corn flour - 2 Tablespoon
• Adrak laison Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) - 2 Table Spoon
• Mirchi (Red Chili) Powder - 2 Tea spoon
• Haldi (Turmeric) Powder - 1/2 Tsp
• Namak (Salt) - (2) Tsp (According to Taste)
• Kali Mirchi Powder - 1 Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
• Red Food Color - 2 Pinch
• Lemon Juice - 1 Table Spoon
• Egg - 1 (Large Size)
Ingredients (For Tadka):
• Garlic (Laison) - 8-10 cloves (finely chopped)
• Kariyapak (Curry Leaves) - 20-25 leaves
• Hari Mirchi (Green Chili) - 5-6 Pcs (sliced)
• Capsicum - 1 pcs (cubed)
• Mirchi (Red Chili) Powder - 2 Tea spoon
• Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
• Namak (Salt) - (According to Taste)
• Red Food Color - 2 Pinch
• Tomato Ketchup - 1 Table spoon
• Dahi (Curd) - 2 Table spoon
• Chicken Stock - 1 Cube (optional)
• Kotmir (Coriander Leaves) - ¼ Bunch (for garnish)

• Tel (Cooking Oil) - As required for frying

Procedure:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
1. In a medium-sized bowl, add the washed and drained chicken pieces.
2. Add all the marination ingredients: curd, maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, garam masala, red food color, lemon juice, and egg.
3. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
4. Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2: Fry the Chicken
1. Heat oil in a deep pan on high flame.
2. Once the oil is hot, stir the marinated chicken and add pieces in small batches.
3. Fry on medium flame until the bubbling reduces.
4. Flip the pieces and continue frying for 2–3 minutes on medium-high flame, until crispy.
5. Remove and place on a plate.
6. Repeat for all chicken pieces.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce/Gravy
1. In a separate pan, heat a little oil.
2. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté.
3. Add curry leaves and sliced green chilies (Hari Mirchi), sauté well.
4. Add cubed capsicum and sauté briefly.
5. Now add:
o Red chili powder
o Garam masala
o Salt
o Tomato ketchup
6. Mix well.
7. While continuously stirring, add curd gradually to avoid curdling.
8. Add red food color and water as needed for your desired consistency.
9. Add chicken stock and let the mixture come to a boil.

Step 4: Combine Chicken with Gravy
1. Add the fried chicken pieces into the sauce.
2. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 5–6 minutes.
3. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

• Serve hot as a starter or alongside a main course — this version has a little gravy, making it versatile.
