Nature is powerful and pregnancy is not something we can control or “mess up.” In the first trimester especially, we move gently not because yoga causes harm, but because things happen that are far beyond anyone’s control. And the last thing we ever want is for a mama to wonder, “Did I cause this?”
So we slow down and we check in often. We ask, How does this feel? Does this feel like something you want to try? Nothing to prove. Nothing to push. Just care, choice, and deep respect for the body and the beginnings of life. This is prenatal yoga rooted in compassion, not fear.
