Indexable Chamfer Mill is a multi-task cutting tool, capable of Front & Back Chamfering, Face Milling, Countersinking, and Side Grooving.
Benefiting from multiple flutes design, it runs up to 4 times faster in cutting speed and 10 times higher in feed rate.
Besides, high rake angle design avoids annoying burrs when machining.
For non-ferrous material, fully-ground and optimized-coated inserts could smoothly cut the workpiece with perfect surface on it.
Most important of all, each insert has 4 cutting edges and makes tool cost more economical and lower.
