Outdoor TABATA Workout- Beginner Level
TABATA WORKOUT- High-Intensity Interval Training great for significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole body. Tabata can be easily modified for person's fitness level (the point is to choose the exercises that actually challenge you).
This TABATA Includes:
1 Round =4 minutes workout
20 sec WORK
10 sec REST
8 Exercises:
1. Squats
2. Jumping Jacks
3. Plank Shoulder Taps
4. Lunges
5. Russian Twist
6. Basic Burpees
7. Knees Push Ups
8. Prisoner Squats
Once finished, rest 3 minutes and repeat this workout again (2-4 rounds in total)- Good Luck!
