PASTA FROLLA
La pasta frolla è un impasto dolce utilizzato per produrre torte, dolci, biscotti e molte varietà di pasticcini da cuocere in forno. L'ingrediente più importante è il burro, ma questo può essere sostituito con altri grassi come la margarina, l'olio o la ricotta. Nella procedura tradizionale il burro deve essere freddo di frigorifero e impastato delicatamente con le dita o più comodamente con un'impastatrice.

INGREDIENTI
2 uova, 400g farina, 170g zucchero a velo, 140g burro ammorbidito, sale, buccia di un limone grattugiato.
