🌿 Recipe:

Makes: 12 cookies
Bake at: 180°C (160°C fan) / 350°F for 10–12 minutes

The Dough:
120 g (½ cup / 8 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
80 g (⅓ cup, packed) light muscovado sugar
30 g (2½ tbsp) caster sugar
1 egg, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
180 g (1½ cups) plain flour
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp fine salt
120 g (¾ cup) dark chocolate chips (about 55 % cocoa)

Plus:
A few extra chocolate chips, for topping
