INGREDIENTS:
400g lamb meat
2 tomatoes
1 garlic bulb
1 medium sliced onion
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup cooking oil
1 tsp paprika powder (degi laal mirch)
Some water
500g cauliflower
1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
3 sliced green chilies
1/2 cup water
1 tsp garam masala powder
Some freshly chopped coriander
Some julienne cut ginger
