This boss cannot be defeated the normal way. You have to wait for the crystals to get "Dialogos", and do enough damage to remove the bar.

Prof debuff resist grasta is needed in this video. The crystal will hit everyone with massive stackable debuffs if not.

Main roles are
Daisy earth DPS and eagle eye buff
Isuka ES fire dps and 50% resistance defensive
Pizzica Song buff and heal, only needs to sing all the way
Rosetta NS manifest, biblia to protect against status, this is needed to reduce RNG.

Flame crush grasta is great to have here as it's 5 hits on weak works well in gaining meter during AF and makes switching moves easy due to the extra meter given.

Doing AF costs no MP and may prevent you from running out of mp at the end as this drains mp every 3 turns.Also, try to AF before your meter gets full or you may accidentally hurt Sophie with Isuka's EX skill and make the fight harder

There is a slight mistake in the grasta equipping. Cress should have used another prof debuff resist grasta instead of max hp sword, to totally eliminate RNG. 90% protection rate is very high, but there's around 1% chance the stacks build up enough to affect somethings
