First boss of the EPS bosses series
The boss is basically a huge DPS test, needing to do around 200M damage on a boss that resists everything.
Starky is a great counter to this boss who does mostly physical attacks.
But note that there is RNG on the turn where it inflicts status ailments to everyone, Starky can get stunned that turn and miss the healing.
For DPS against resist, there is no one better than Eva currently, because 6800% is just obscene amounts of damage in 1 move.
Eva is also using just the 70% crit rate Prismatic Staff rather than the 100% crit rate Void Staff, or using deadly blow dormant for 100% crit rate. So it's possible to increase the damage further easily but not very needed.
