On Thursday, September 26, almost three weeks after my beloved father passed, I found my 38 year old 5'4 self weighing 175 lbs. Before my father passed I had got back down to 167 lbs. Even though I had the tools to loose and maintain weight, I was unenthusiastic and unfocused. I decided it was time to detox and do a raw vegan keto/low carb meal plan to mentally and physically reset. I need to heal and this time, I will use nature to help me!

Raw vegetables
Very limited can/jar vegetables
1 avocado
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Avocado oil
0.5 -1.0 piece or serving of fresh fruit
Apple cider vinegar
Lemon juice
Lime juice
Water
Herbal tea
Coffee
Almond milk
Coconut milk
Natural Peanut butter
Almond butter
Sunflower butter
Nuts
Seeds
Optional but try to go without at first:
Vegan protein powder
Beans
