One of the hardest IVF realities: even in a reputed lab, you can land up with poor-quality embryos. For older patients or those with low ovarian reserve, expectations are realistic. But when young patients with good AMH, strong response, and many eggs still get weak embryos, the commonest culprit (in India) is often the lab, not your eggs or sperm.
