Recipes-
One Omelet: 3 farm fresh eggs, 1 mushroom sliced, 1oz cream cheese, spinach, and salt & pepper.
Sherry Sauce: 3 TBS flour, 3 TBS butter, 1/8 cup sherry, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup cream, and salt & pepper.
*Measurements are approximant because as you know me, I don't measure anything precise 😁
