Urad Dal
Ingredients:
1+1/2 Cup – Urad Dal
¼ tsp - Hing
Salt to taste
½ tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
Take a Dal and Wash Properly then take pressure cooker add Wahed Dal, Water, Hing, Salt to taste, Turmeric Powder, Ghee, Mix and Give Whistle. Once Dal is Cooked then Mix Properly and add
2 Cup - Water
1 tbsp - Ghee
1 Cup – Butter Milk
Mix Properly then add
1 tbsp – Ginger Chilli Paste
1 tsp – Red Chilli Garlic Paste
Cook for 5-7 Min and add Coriander Leaves Chopped. Boil Properly .Drizzle Some Ghee and Serve.
