Shreenathji Ka Prasad

Ingredients:
200 ml - Milk
2 tbsp - Ghee
500 gm - Besan
400 gm - Ghee
400 gm - Sugar
Water as required
Pinch - Kesar
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
1 Pinch - Nutmeg Powder
Pinch - Bhimseni Kapoor(Edible Kapoor)
Garnish : Pista and Almond Flakes
Method:
Take a Kadhai add Milk and Ghee, Mix Properly and Make a Luke a Warm and Keep aside.
In Besan, add above Milk Little Little, don't add More and Mix and Make Dhabo and Give Rest for 10 Min and Take a Bowl and Take Big Whole Sieve and Sieve everything and Make Coarse Mixture, Remaining 1/3 Cup Milk Keep aside
Take Heavy Bottom Kadhai Add Ghee, Make a Hot and add above Mixture, Make a Golden Mixture , It will take more time, Once Golden add Above Remaining Milk , add Little Little, Mix and add, Once Bubbles Settle Down then add again Milk and Roast Properly and Keep aside
Chasni:
Take a Kadhai and add Sugar, Water, Saffron , Make 1 thick String Consistency, Put into Besan and Mix Properly
Cardamom Powder, add Jaifal Powder, Edible Kapoor Powder Pinch, Mix and Put into 9*9 Tray, Grease the Tray and add , Garnish with Pista and Almond Flakes, Rest for 8 to 10 Hours, Cut and Serve.
