Описание: The great American promise that “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” is a worthy aspiration, but it is not true for everyone. It has never been true for every American. Why? There are little to no opportunities to thrive for people born into poverty in our modern cities. There is hope for change, but it will take vision, work and commitment from all of us. Racial equity will make or break this country in the next 20 years. If we don’t figure out how to close the gap in racial disparities by 2044, we will hit the tip Dora joined Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF) in March 2016 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. She assists the CEO in providing leadership and vision for GCF. Her day to day management efforts ensure that GCF effectively accomplishes its mission, strategy and develops a high performing work culture. She is also responsible for ensuring the organization has the proper operational controls, reporting procedures, people and systems in place to effectively grow and promote operational efficiency.

Previously, Dora was Senior Vice President of the Health Collaborative where she managed large scale healthcare improvement initiatives for diverse groups of stakeholders working together toward defined common goals.
