🧘 WHAT IS VIPASSANA?
Vipassana means "to see things as they really are."
Not as we want them to be.
Not as we fear them to be.
Just... as they are.
In this practice, we don't fight our thoughts. We don't chase them. We simply sit — and watch them arise and pass away. Like clouds in the sky. Like leaves on a river.
Bhante Pannakara taught me:
"Your mind is like a monkey. Don't chase it. Just watch it. Eventually, even the monkey gets tired."

📿 HOW TO PRACTICE
Find a comfortable seat:
Chair is fine. Cushion is fine. Bed is fine.
Back straight but not rigid.
Hands resting gently.
Close your eyes — or keep them softly open.
And just... listen. Follow my voice. And when you wander — and you will — just come back.
No judgment. No fighting. Just returning.
That's the whole practice.

🌟 WHY 10 MINUTES?
Bhante always said:
"Don't try to sit for an hour if you can't sit for one minute mindfully. Better than nothing — do something."
Ten minutes is enough.
Enough to calm the chaos.
Enough to taste peace.
Enough to begin.
And if ten minutes feels too long today — do five. Or two. Or one.
Just start.
