Cookie Delight -- Lunch Plans Had To Change
Cookie Delight
Ingredients:
1 package chocolate chip cookies
1 package coconut macaroon cookies (I used oatmeal cookies)
16 oz cool whip
Milk
Directions:
Dip cookies in milk and layer them in a casserole dish ( we used a 9X13)
Spread cool whip over the cookies
Repeat for the next layer
Cover the top with more cool whip
Make as many layers as you want (we made three)
Crush two or three cookies and sprinkle on top
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours for best texture
Serve and Enjoy !!!
