Three Ingredient Apple Cake -- My version was gluten free and I used some water and coconut oil
3 Ingredient Apple Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
2 cups chopped fresh apples
3 eggs
I used gluten free cake mix and I added ½ cup water and 3 Tbsp of coconut oil to make the batter smooth.
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 7 X 11 inch baking pan thoroughly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, chopped apples, and eggs until smooth. * I used gluten free cake mix and I added ½ cup water and 3 Tbsp of coconut oil to make the batter smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes; check doneness with a toothpick.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
