Back bending poses have a great way of uplifting the spirits and Inverted poses help us to see our situations differently. This class has both and combines them in a progressive way to help you achieve a positive attitude adjustment!
Basic explanation of class levels:
Level 1: Basic standing poses and intro. to Shoulder Stand.
Level 2: Standing poses continued, beginning back bends and forward bends and intro. to Headstand.
Level 3: Introduction of Hand Stand and Forearm balance and beginning Shoulder Stand variations.
Level 4: Learning Padmasana (lotus pose), full back bend and arm balances plus beginning Head Stand variations.
Level 5: Continuation and deepening of all previous poses and categories.
