In this video we review how to assess for spontaneous and gaze evoked nystagmus during a vestibular assessment.
If a patient demonstrates spontaneous and/or gaze evoked nystagmus further assessment is warranted as the nystagmus could be due to either a central or a peripheral vestibular disorder.
