Welcome to my Get Fit videos. These videos are posted so I can keep track of my own personal goal to get fit and tone up..
I'm working towards getting my L-Sit. I can do it with push up bars but still need to work on getting it on the floor. Here are a few tips, from one beginner to another, from me XD
I'm also doing daily stretching and weights and kettle bells though I won't be uploading stretching and weights videos every day because the upload time takes too long and sometimes I just don't have the time to edit extra videos.
The plan is to set myself the challenge of 100 Squats, 100 sit-ups and 100 push ups daily.
My sit ups are definitely feeling like they are going better now. My stomach feels so much stronger, though appearance wise I still don't see a lot of difference.
I'm posting my daily videos to hopefully motivate myself and keep going for the whole year, and I think it will be interesting for me to be able to look back on older videos to see if my strength, posture, fitness, technique improves over the coming year..
So.. personal goals.. I want to be able to manage 100 push-ups easily.. and I want to be able to do a handstand unaided..
I'm also adding kettle bells and hand weights and stretching to my daily routine.
