You’ll work through mobility for all the major joints of the legs and hips, combined with simple breathing exercises to reduce tension and improve awareness. The session supports physical recovery while also encouraging a calmer, more focused mindset.
Ideal for athletes and runners, but equally useful if you spend long hours sitting at a desk, driving, or travelling. This routine can be used as a daily mobility reset, post-training recovery, or a mindful movement session to unwind and reconnect with your body.
