Cheezy Hamburger Potato Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups potatoes, diced
4 cups beef broth
1 cup whole milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: 1 to 2 Tbsp cornstarch
Chopped parsley
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in a pot with the onions and garlic.
Drain the excess grease
Add the potatoes and broth to pot
Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender
Add milk and cheese and stir until melted
Optional: add 1 to 2 Tbsp cornstarch to thicken soup
Top with chopped parsley
Serve and Enjoy !!
