Today was meant to be a reset day — a chance to let the body recover and get ready for some tougher workouts coming up.

But sometimes reset days surprise you.
I planned to keep things light, yet ended up running 32 minutes nonstop at 8.5 km/h, covering nearly 5 km steady, followed by walking at 7.5 km/h to finish a full 40-minute session.
Workout breakdown:
• Walk: 3 minutes @ 7.5 km/h
• Run: ~32 minutes @ 8.5 km/h (no stops)
• Walk to finish 40 minutes @ 7.5 km/h
Nothing flashy. No pushing for records.
Just showing up, listening to the body — and discovering that stamina is quietly improving.
This is what real progress often looks like.
Reset days still count.
