This full workout on the Pilates Chair designed for newer clients. It focuses on strength, balance, and mobility. We start with exercises that primarily focus on legs. Then we move on to exercises that focus mainly on the upper body. Finally, we focus on exercises that target the abs and core. There are some traditional Pilates exercises, as well as, some unique exercises and variations that make this a fun and challenging beginner workout.
