Here's a workout flow of classical mat exercises to celebrate March MATness honoring Joseph Pilates. As I was practicing the last week of exercises #25 through #31 I realized these are great exercises but some were a little too challenging for me. As I always tell my students "Listen to your body. If an exercise does not feel right, observe, take whatever modification you can, or perhaps skip it!" I hope you enjoy this workout! Please check out the first 3 weeks of March MATness workouts:
