The fear that comes with it.

When you build something of your own, something you care deeply about, it can become hard to switch off. You feel responsible for everything. You protect it. And sometimes that protection turns into a quiet fear in the background… the fear that if you relax too much or enjoy yourself too much, what you’ve built could disappear.

It sounds irrational, but I’ve realised I’m not the only one who feels this way.

In this video I talk openly about that fear, the pressure entrepreneurs often carry silently, and why learning to actually enjoy the life you’re building is just as important as building it in the first place.

Because if we only work and never allow ourselves to live, what was the point of chasing freedom in the first place?
