Welcome to The Sober Scoop, a platform designed to help people get sober and stay sober. My name is India Gants, and I created this channel to be a resource for people who want to quit drinking, but don't know where to begin. I didn't do AA or rehab, so my approach is a little unorthodox, but I hope that it opens your eyes to the different strategies and outlooks that can exist in sobriety.
