In this video, I am explaining how to determine the first normalized glasses prescriptions in the endmyopia method, a logical, scientific and practical method, which works on addressing the root causes of Myopia, developing and promoting the healthy eye habits for lifetime. Just as good health is a lifestyle, not a destination, same way is with our eyes. I am also elaborating in this video on some steps and guidelines or recommendations to take care of when working on normalized glasses for the first time.
I decided to begin the journey of reversing my myopia and recovering 20/20 vision without glasses in early 2020. Being tired of my prescription being increased each time I visited the eye doctor, and like other areas of my life, I wanted to find a natural way to improve my vision.
