This 10 minute core training workout will help you sculpt your abs and obliques at home using bodyweight only exercises. This is a bodyweight only workout, so you won’t need any equipment to work with.
I would recommend having a mat or soft surface to perform the exercises on for both comfort and to protect your back. :)
Note: Since this is a shorter segment than what I would typically offer, I would recommend repeating this same circuit 2-3x if you’d like to extend the working time frame, as this will adhere to progressive overload (which is what leads to muscle development) and help you master the exercises presented. Repetition is key, after all!
