The learning disability admin teams provide organised, efficient and reactive reception and secretarial support to a wide range of learning disability services across the Trust.
Learning disability services have recently undergone a clinical transformation programme, and the admin teams have been critical to supporting staff while they have been undergoing major changes. They have developed systems to share workloads which means clinical staff continue to be supported and patients, carers and partners are kept informed in a timely way at times of low staffing levels. The teams have come together as one instead of eight and all value the contribution each other makes.
