📍Ingredients:-

For Kofta:-
Cottage cheese 1 cup
Khoya/Mawa 1/2 cup
Mashed potatoes 1 cup
Cornflour 2-3 tbsp
Refined flour 2-3 tbsp
Chaat masala powder 1 tsp
Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 1-2
Salt less than 1 tsp
Raisin
Cashew nuts
Refined flour for coating

For Puree:-
Tomatoes 2 medium size
Onions 2 medium size
Melon seeds 4 tbsp Poppy seeds 2 tsp
Green cardamom 4
Mace flower (small)
Cloves 3
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Dry coconut 4-5 tbsp
Cashew nuts 10-12
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil 4-5 tbsp

For gravy:-
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required
Milk 1/2 cup
Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Ketchup 2-3 tbsp
