Salt 3 tbsp
Thick green chillies 5-6
Lemon 1
Clarified butter 4-5 tbsp
Water as required
Heated mustard oil 200 ml

For Irani Pulao Masala:-
Mace flower 1
Cinnamon sticks 2
(2 inch)
Cloves 8-9
Green cardamom 4-5
Star anise 2
Black cardamom 3
Nutmeg less than 1/4
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp

For Kachumber:-
Onion
Tomato
Cucumber
Green chilli
Coriander leaves
Himalayan black salt 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
