Hello, friends! If you're new to yoga or just new to this channel, welcome! I'm so glad you're here!
Summer Strength Challenge- Day 4! This flow will tie what we've done thus far together to balance out the body and continue to give you tools to build up outer and inner strength. 💪
If you enjoy this flow, please be sure to join in on the rest of the challenge!! August 5th-30th I'll be posting 5 yoga based workouts each week, Monday through Friday, designed to help you build up strength throughout various areas of the body. Let's end the summer strong!!
