hiiiiiiii. holaaaa. welcome to what we eat in a day as a vegan/plant-based couple! I've been wanting to do this one for a while. So, I'm happy we finally did. Hope you guys enjoy! Side note: I realize we did not drink the green juice that you see in the thumbnail but unfortunately I didn't get any good photos of the food we ate this day and that's the best photo I had. also, a lot of the food was already prepped from the day before and I didn't even think to film while prepping it on Sunday. my bad. any wayyyyy, love yalllllllll. hope this was helpful.

Sustainability is so important to me. One of the most impactful ways to live a sustainble lifestyle (besides eating plant based) is thrifting and supporting sustainable/ethical brands. The fashion industry is one of the most wasteful industries of all. Do good by shopping second hand and/or donating the things you no longer need to thrift shops + supporting sustainable brands.
